I run iGrade every day. I’ve used terracotta too and I don’t like it. Terracutta is highly inaccurate compared to the other Australian made software. Due to the way terracotta facets together planes it leaves a lot of dirt unaccounted for that you’re not getting paid to move. Also.. Ashland buckets ain’t got shit on a Toomey

Need to make a version of these with the push frame to work with the Case Minotaur compact dozer so it doesn't have to rely on the loader frame push pads. Would make a heck of a combination for small dirtwork contracting.

Would like to see you guys build a wider one for field leveling maybe a 16 yard scraper with a 14ft cut just me thinking out loud because I need more volume when I'm leveling a field....??

Check out the Ashland 2014CS scraper. It's a carry-all style machine and the only 14' width model we current manufacture. Proportionally, a 14' machine would be in the 18 to 20 cu. yd. struck capacity.

If you’re downshifting while you’re loading you ain’t doing it right. CaseIH and Deere both should take a minute to go talk to the guys that actually move dirt for a living in the ag land levelling business.

Sorry, must have missed you at the last CaseIH demo event. If you reference back to 6th Grade Physics on speed vs. torque, this procedure will make a lot more sense. Thanks for your input though.

@@AshlandIndustries if you’d dump the anemic Iveco then there would be no need to downshift. We never had a problem making torque with QSX 15’s. All the guys buying the new tractors including 620’s install Steinbauers or something similar to add torque. This is what happens when an ag tractor manufacturer try’s to adapt it to a scraper application. We want low rpm torque. If what I’m saying wasn’t true then the guys that are throwing the Ivecos away after warranty has expired and replacing them with QSX 15’s must be just hard headed and stubbornly clinging to the past.

Awesome piece of equipment . Just one thing needs a headboard so the dirt can't go over the back of the scraper , hitting hydraulic line and get into where skid steer or CTL hook in at .
