This was required watching for my MBA class and I agree with Netflix's approach. Post-pandemic, more and more people are seeking that level of independence and trust from the company, the freedom to deliver required outputs on time without necessarily dictating on where they have to do that and how they have to be dressed to deliver these outputs. It makes perfect sense.

Social Organizations doesn't have the capacity to address the whole population. And we can't demand them. And we can demand the Government theoretically, but practically not that as much. We can demand more from a business when there are several ones. Such obvious things never occurred to me, don't know why. Maybe because I never observed mechanics of social interaction.

Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return. We've lost a true pillar of our community, Ex-Lord Mayor of Birmingham City Council Abdul Rashid JP passed away on 1 May 2024. His story is one of remarkable determination and service. He started his work life as a market trader and became a high ranking civil service leader by accessing opportunities through the Further Education system. His legacy is one of life long learning, and unity, he used his role and his story to inspire others, advocating tirelessly for education, diversity, and inclusion. Uncle Abdul Rashid JP will be remembered as a true role model who lived by the values he believed in. My sincere condolences to all family and friends. Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely An observation that a person's sense of morality lessens as his or her power increases. The statement was made by Lord Acton, a British historian of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Well until you have worked in a busy store with no staff not able to go to the loo not able to find a runner cos they are doing a hundred other jobs, not able to do your job cos the equipment is not being replaced never mind the staff, everybody is burned out, customers used to get angry with us now they tell us they feel sorry for us, all anybody can wish for is that there's no spillages cos we have to clean them but we have to serve as well because there's no body, its clean as you go we all joke if one of us had a heart attack some one would need to do c p r with there foot and serve at the same time. There is only so many corners any firm can cut before it bites them in the arse. If the work force don't get listened to then there is no work force and then it all falls apart and decent people leave, the ones cementing it together.

She cannot be off sick due to increasing cost of living. They have also ditched bonuses. 3 department managers now do the work of 9.

One way to counter this is to make currency swap with S Korea. S Korea already passed Japan in per capital income and will pass Japan in total exports in next few years. S Korea lead in many sectors like 50% world ship building including 90% LNG tankers, 90% memory chips, 40% world car batteries, 90% OLED screens, leading SMR nuclear power, electronics, IT, auto, biotech and weapons like K9 counts over 50% of world SP artillery sales.
