This was required watching for my MBA class and I agree with Netflix's approach. Post-pandemic, more and more people are seeking that level of independence and trust from the company, the freedom to deliver required outputs on time without necessarily dictating on where they have to do that and how they have to be dressed to deliver these outputs.
