Dont know where you live when not in the van but get out in nature as much as you can - its the best healer. Glastonbury is a really special place - my son lives there and I would like to get nearer but finding anything affordable is hard. Planning on getting a van to at least be there more. My 3 chickens all fight over the same spot and sit on eaxhithers eggs. So while one is sitting laying or sitting on the eggs, the other 2 shout and cluck in anger cos they want on the roost lol even though there's plenty places for them to lay lol 😆

@sameoldbmx mate that's exactly what I'm going to do in a few weeks cos my brother has come along way since. He has been hitting g the gym and changed so much he has lost all his weight and turned it into muscle and is huge now and is doing g so so well for himself. Thankyou. From the bottom of my heart thankyou 🙏 I forget sometimes that it's not normal to be in pain daily but it's normal for me amd I've always felt with it on my own and learnt to hide it. I usually edit all the twisty face bits out or the silent parts but I thought I'd leave them in just to give a little understanding of hkw distracting pain an be 🙏

You could always come play at the rekindle festival 😊 I used to find it difficult to sing and when i first started playing guitar I would of never thought I could play and sing. Never doubt yourself , that's what I've learned. It's taken me too long to be able to do this infront of people, dknt make the same mistake it did and hide your talent. Share it with the world 🙏😁 x

The festival is at a place called clabourne Parva, it is about 3 hours from us. I am right in thinking your from my neck of the woods ? It's just past Hull. I've wanted to do this for so long but I've always talked myself out of it by being too shy. Throwing ourselves out the comfort zone shows us exactly what is waiting for us on the other side. Vanlife is definitely the best life lol the freedom to travel amd just be xx
