What champions do you have? I found that 3 star champions just weren't working for this adventure as you saw Elise beat my Warwick build up the first time around. Having it 4 star is what I advise due to it being a 3.5 star campaign. I used WW for P&Z, Ambessa for Noxus (This was probably the better run out of the two) and Ashe for Freljord (Its a bit of a slower build but your constantly reducing their power to 0). It also helps solve the Viego problem and the overall problem of the campaign which is +2, +2 every time you strike.

Remember though you only are required to do P&Z and Freljord so if you have a buff Fiddlesticks maybe use him for the free spot. I am just content brained hence why I'm using the newer champs XD

@Nightsmith Thanks for the help! I've only started playing a few weeks ago so my only 3 star champs are Jinx and Elise which are surprisingly good at dealing with 3 or 4 star adventures but this one is just brutal, I have been thinking about getting my Fiddle to 4 stars just to get through the more annoying adventures so maybe l'll just bite the bullet and do that

How far through the general missions are you because they are quite rewarding I would suggest completing the base game adventures first and if you have the money investing in the battle pass especially if you are interested in Warwick or Ambessa at all. As combined with the Arcane event it gives you enough to 6 star both champs. Good luck though :)
