It's oracle form and report builder. You can download it from Oracle official website. N reg SQL, u can download Oracle SQL express edition from same website.

hi I am getting this error when running the form User FRM-10142:the http listener is not running on CELSYSNCR000137 at port 9001. Please start the listener or check runtime preferences - Help - I have installed oracle form builder standalone please help

Try to manually start listener service. If it doesnt work, u need to uninstall forms builder and try reinstall forms builder.. May this will solve the issue.

This is no more in use now.. we need to install oracle fusion middle ware before we install forms and report builder. You can download and install from oracle web site. Yes, it seems to be oversight. But its true that ms excel till 2019, there were no inbuilt set operations. Of course office 365 has this feature. none of the ms office had dis feature. Only option is formula.

Its same as a-b. In the formulae we need to use column b in place of a and vice versa.

Hi.. No problem. Its easy to fix. First, pls chk whether you have activated java in netbeans. This could be done on welcome page. If you have already activated then pls right click on your project, go to set configuratiin . there you need to specify jdk location. Your prob will be fixed. If still ur prob persists, then take a snapshot of your project set configuration screen and error warning. I shall try to fix it.

Hi.. In windows, right click on my computer and go to properties. There go to environment variables. Select user variables and create variable classpath. And paste the location of jar file in the value of class path . make sure your path includes jar file with extension.
