Thank you for this video! I’ve been interested in the Tonstad ever since its release. Do you plan on filling up the entire unit with records? If so, please let us know how it holds up.

@@piglets great to hear! Yes but likely not permanently? only because I love my UbeCubes. They do it all. So currently, have been putting maybe 10-30 at a time. Then I added mixed media, like books. Even the MOST oversized things fit (see; Utopia Boxset vid)... Plus it has that backing so nothing falls behind- unlike Kallax Great at displaying things & PLENTY of space on top for prepping vinyl, turntable, etc. -m

Note: Ubecube prices will be slightly outdated, now. But! The good news is you can still start with the base model & upgrade as you go (for those of us not needing everything). i.e. Ubecube base model = $32 + $22 + individual accessories . They just added those accessories all into the CrateVinyl DJ @ $69. Happy to see these new ones have their upgraded design standards in them... mine are still going to be fine but buying now means they're basically overkill-level strength (better). Still my fav solution. I have 11 that I bought all on my own. -mark from the future, commenting from my other channel

But need to set up a foundation first in order to volunteer for it 😁 dutch law can be so stupid 😎 On vacation now, but just bought a black magic design micro G2 and playing with that now. I did get some delay, because I saw a very cheap pair of Quad ESL 57. Had them checked and now own a 1000$+ set for €280 😁 Problem is... I already owned a pair...and bought acoustat x speakers 4 months ago. Now how to explain not selling them to the wife... I went all in, found another pair, reserved those for payday, bought some amps and bought a Marantz 7702 for €400. And an electrostatic center speaker for 40. So now I am building a home theatre all of a sudden, totally with electrostatic speakers except the sub woofer 😎 Lovely hobby isn't it? 😁

Been dragging my record player setup along with me for the past 2 years going back and forth from University (along with two hefty storage cases filled with records) and let’s just say enough was enough haha. Going into my third year after summer is over and I plan on parting ways with my setup/collection only until the holiday periods when I’m able to come back home! Sadly just never found myself spinning stuff when at Uni so I think it’s just best to free up the room space and avoid the hassle :(

Yup. we totally should make a bro-show so #1, it's just been difficult to keep track. making videos for 10+ years, my files live on a giant server with folders times a thousand XD but #2 (my secret) is that my meme channel was deleted from youtube for copyright. (I used a lot of clips from content that claimed it, even though it was transformative, I had over 500,000+ views on vids. these vids were the one's Michael's talking about.
