The scroll wheel thing is a you issue, I have never had any problems.😅

I have issues with the graphics don't know if its the driver or the card, but it does fail almost all the time. And when it does the screen goes blank with the board lights on, but the laptop is unusable until I force shutdown.

I've it since 2018, worked well for the first 2 after that same as your case , scroll wheel skips pages , scrolls up or down on it's own, left click doesn't work anymore :'(

I’d recommend to wrap the long wire around your neck once. This way it works well when running or exercising. It doesn’t fall out for me. These have great battery life and have been very durable and consistent.

Great sound ,, BUT,, very stupid design. No way to keep them around your neck by themselves. So you can count on them falling off, catching on things and getting flung off and landing on the ground or dirt, pavement, dog poop or anything else around you.

I bought these cheap. The audio is good but they are almost unwearable unless you are just relaxing. Running, working out, or sometimes when walking is awkward due to the heavy controls sliding to one side every time you move. I havent found a way yet to wear them. If you bend over to tie your shoe the headphones will basically slide off

The Logitech's silent series is crap. Left button used is of poor quality (at least in India). I have used two M221 and a M331 and all had the exact same problem. After 5-6 months the left button start malfunctioning. It requires extra pressure to register a click and eventually stops working. Reviews on Amazon are full of exact same issue with the left button. I wrote it to Logitech customer care and they answered everything other thing but did not admit about the quality or ensured if this will be taken care in future. Logitech will replace it if its in the warranty but you don't get warranty on the replaced item. So with the replaced item will last for another 5-6 months. In short, consider that you are paying Rs 1000 for around 1.5 year service only. I am going to buy HP 280 this time

When you long press middle button for more than 7 sec it will ask for pairing. By doing this you dont have to delete it from previously used device it will automatically show on new device. Hope it will help other users. I am now using wi c200 sound is crystal clear and enough bass. If you want to increase sound Turn on DISABLE ABSOLUTE VOLUME. It will increase max volume. 😀😀
