These toss nerfs were for sub-diamond it feels. In pro play, protoss really need some help.

I think this patch has more plusses than people want to admit even jf it needs some fixing up.. but one thing i was thinking today is yeah maybe immortal was a bit strong? vs z last patch... but if you're adding all these zerg buffs why do you still need the immortal nerf at all. some changes seem to have come up in isolation and don't all go together yet

bro i hate defensive structures. just get rid of all of them and yes that includes the queen cuz thats basically a defensive structure too and then balance all the units with that in mind. trying to balance the defensive structures with units is crazy. u know what should be defense? units... u cant have too many units all over to cover the bases? well maybe thats the negative of having too many bases. maybe they should increase the supply cap to 250 or 300.... every late game in sc2 boils down to deathball vs deathball and the slow ass push with defensive structures. its soo boring.

without battery overcharge the protoss survivability in so many fights is just trash. 90% of all ins that did not work, will now work

I just feel like now all inning Protoss is much more easier without battery overcharge. You can commit to a 2 base all-in in a PVP match up much easier now. And like what’s the point of sentiary or stargate open. Those are the earliest units that can take advantage of the energy overcharge for scouting purposes. But so what? By the time you get any of those units you’re already done for if your opponent is all inning. The only common use case I can see energy overcharge being worth a damn is when you need a storm.

Maybe combine the energy overcharge with a weaker version of the battery overcharge? When its used on a battery it also gives +25% increased shield recharge for 5s or so?
