All those years while crew was in cyro David was becoming more Human than ever then decided "im beyond them im god" same as how engineers created human who think theyre god

I don't know but these two new Alien movies had much more depth to it than Romulus. But Romulus also goes hard! I enjoyed it really much!

Disney, please continue the story and themes of Prometheus! So many fascinating questions about the origins of humans and engineers are yet to be answered! It’s these kinds of questions that create timeless science fiction stories.

Marc Streitenfeld is criminally underrated as a composer. The music in this scene is a 10/10. Conveys surprise, joy, excitement and wonder that words alone could never do. Easily the best scene in the film.

The only good scene in the whole movie. Which actually managed to capture sense-of-wonder. The rest of the film (and the plot) is trash. But this scene? Sublime.

I like how David contrast with Ash in the 1st Alien movie. Both are really convincing Android who serves a secret purpose. But while Ash is just dutifully follows Weyland Yutani's secret order, David serves his own agenda by exploring and later trying to play god by creating the Neomorphs and Xenomorphs

The thing that intrigues me most in this beautiful scene is the method of starting the ship: a simple melody from a flute, which is an instrument that man has made since very ancient times. Not a key made of some mysterious material, nor a sequence of buttons to press, nor some technology that requires a genetic code or some other devilry. Something simple and banal. Although engineers are a destructive race on par with humans, there is at least one trait in common.
@Katyfrenam8609 күн бұрын
Engineers are far more evolved than the human race and therefore know that physical reality is made up of frequencies and vibrations.
