Thank you, happy you find the videos useful! And yes, I’m on a learning path to improve the audio/video quality, it’s a lot of work though 🥵 I’m doing this alone on my free time and I’m not earning anything from it :) but if the channel grows I will invest into better cameras and maybe some external collaborators (I’m quite new to video editing) so any help in that direction is highly appreciated 🙏 have a great day mate!

Amazing ! Do you use the velocity mod page ? (and the 2x control input mod pages ?) it's kind of hidden but they are like the most powerful things on the rytm, 3 mod pages with 4 destinations each
@solarj8 күн бұрын
Thanks :) I’ve only scratched the surface of those but looks like there more to it, I’ll have a better look thanks for the suggestion!

@@solarj for the input mod 1&2, you can use an external CV controller or actually route (physically, with a cable) an individual out of the rytm, to the "control" input 1or2, and use an audio signal as a modulation source. you can even put a (waveform ?) sample on the modulation track to use it as some sort of second LFO/modulation source for the input mod. this page is at the bottom of the kit page. once in the input mod page, you can select which instrument you want to modulate, by clicking once on one of the encoder, then you turn the encoder to select destination. there is also another menu for the input modulation page, where you can enable/disable input modulation, toogle CV or audio modulation and some kind of threshold. it's in global/control But the velocity mod (shift+filter/velocity mod) on it's own, doesn't require audio routing and is amazing. This is basically almost everything you need to know, I hope that helps ! thank you for all the Rytm tutorials :D Cheers !

Hello again ! I do use the chain pattern in my live set (which I'm working on) because at some point the kick is modulating and plays different notes, over 8 bars. so I just quickly hold the chain button, the bank number, and punch the 2 pattern in the order I need them to play. to quit the chain you just press the chain button again. Also, your livesets seems really funky, one track even had lasers sounds aha where can I listen to your live ?
@solarj8 күн бұрын
Nice that’s a creative use of the pattern chain function I like it :) Recently I’ve been focusing on my melodic techno project, Koposan. You can listen to it on Spotify and all streaming platforms (just released my first single) or you can listen to some of my DJ sets of originals here www.mixcloud.com/koposan/ehfm-radio-fizzy-juice-may-2nd-2024/

Thanks for the video! Best explanation. One little tip from me (took me about 20 minutes of frustration) - for the FX block sequencer to work it can't be muted (mine was)...
@solarj9 күн бұрын
Thanks :) oh man how much swearing I wasted before realising that too 😅 thanks for the good addition to the video: if nothing makes sense try UNMUTING THE FX TRACK!

What's the music for 1:47, 5:32? I think it's cool. That modulation is crazy. And I listened to your music on Spotify. It's very cool. Translations can be awkward
