Great video. Honestly with proper fundamentals parallax isn't really an issue.

Thanks for making this very smart video. So much information for a consumer when you have them on a rail to compare. Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing! I am in the process of doing this with my Kimber K6S, and I’m currently about 6 hours in. I own the GP100 match champion, but I decided to leave the brushed look for that revolver because I think it fits the style. From your experience is there a huge difference between a 10 hour job and a 30 hour job? When I polished my Kimber to a near mirror finish, I noticed the striations of the steel (almost look like scratches). Would polishing further lower the visibility of these striations?

As much as I hate to say, it does seem the longer you spend the shinier it becomes. However maybe I was being to conservative by starting by hand and not going higher grit on a wheel off the bat.

I went to an AD in Vegas and he said i could get the watch on a deployand clasp only paying the deployant mechanism differencial so an extra 200$

I'm glad the option is more widely available. I saw a white rubber strap at omega last time I visited

I took advantage of the clearance pricing on the first generation versions, picking up one for less than $150 and a second for $110, and I love these on my PCC’s. Love my Primary Arms optics.

Doesn't the deployant clasp technically have micro adjustments? I mean you can change the size on the go, I know it's not that micro but still good for hot days
@HobbiesNLife21 күн бұрын
yeah you're right, its never stopped me from wearing it!

I swapped out the omega OEM clasp with the new longines clasp which is nearly the same AND has a micro adjustment 😊😊😊😊😊

I like the eyebox of the gen 1 - better FOV and reticle acquisition. Gen 2 is clearer for sure. I actually need weight towards the back for center balance, so thank you for the review. Pretty much the only one on YT comparing them and all I see are Gen 2 when I look this up. The differences are irrelevant for me.

Nice watch but 46mm it’s huge 43 would be much better and the leather strap makes it to chunky I prefer the nylon nato strap fits better
@HobbiesNLife21 күн бұрын
yeah its by far my biggest watch, I don't use this strap often to be honest. its nice on rubber ill be uploading a video since its not a common strap.

This clip is really sick looking. Thanks for showing it off. Going to pick one up for my PM2 Salt Magnacut with black DLC coating and flytanium blacked out titanium scales. Basically I'm looking to murder it out.

Nice quick review. I have the sea master with the metal bracelet and I have ordered from the Omega boutique, the rubber strap with the deployment class looking forward to it, and I think it will make the much more desirable for me.

HI my wrist is a similar size to yours. what size is the black rubber strap you have on the table?

The parallax on the MRO is over exaggerated. If you have parallax issues with the MRO you need basic rifle fundamentals. No issues with mine at 300.

Not being able to grip the bezel is hardly a great endorsement for the watch 🤦🏻 Looks stupid over your sleeve too; are you a fat pie eater?
