Hello, are you happy with this pump, does everything still work?
@HardTailHero9 ай бұрын
I still have the pump and it still works great. I’ve gotten a couple others over the years that were included with a bike or shock I bought, so this one hasn’t seen as much use as of late. But still a solid pump.

There r definitely some out there! But u will b hard pressed to ever see one. They r so elusive! The waterway is a little bigger water than I would expect them to hang out in regularly. But there r a ton of little drainage canals and what not that I’m sure r home to some gators! (Also, related sorta, the Alligator Adventure Park is just down the road. U can pay for a tour to see all kinds of reptiles!)

Well yes and no. It’s still got everything it had in 2018, however they have added a couple brand new loops with some really incredible features! God I wish someone could make a decent map of this place, I am missing so much of the trail and have no idea where to go
@HardTailHero4 жыл бұрын
Yea for sure. The map apps(mtb project, trailforks, etc.) r still pretty behind on the current layout. Do u use the Strava app? U might b able to find where the new stuff is through other peoples rides. For the new loop, I have been parking up in the field and starting there. Once u go back into the woods, u will come to a trail split after about half a mile. The new loop starts there to the left. It will loop u back over to the other side of the field. Hope this helps!

I think this pump is junk. I can't inflate the shock past 250psi and when I stop pumping air will slowly seep out. That may not be the pumps fault but not being able to strong arm it past 250 is a problem when I need to get mor pressure in the shock. I can't see how they werw able to review this at 350psi. Seems highly unlikely or even impossible

@HardTailHero Жыл бұрын
@smvogel73 there’s a skills park not far from the Hulk called “Lil Hulk”. It’s close to the water front. It recently got a full revamp with all sorts of new features! Great place for beginners and kids. Not a lot of mileage tho. The big Hulk will have lots and lots of features but not really a dedicated skills area. I might recommend warming up at the skills park, then cruising over to big Hulk for some laps! Hope you end up bringing the steed and getting some cranks in!

Would you give 550 used for one of these today with a ks dropper post? Looking into riding again and one of these popped up near me.
@HardTailHero4 жыл бұрын
Depending on how “used” it is, I would say that’s not far off. I can attest to it’s quality and longevity, if taken care of properly of course. Main points would b to look at the forks (still move freely, no weird noises), next the drive train (make sure it shifts thru all the gears smoothly), make sure the wheels r mostly straight when u spin them (no large wobbles). Definitely try to ride it around just enough to make sure it fits and is ridable. Everything else can b easily fixed or replaced for not much money, given it’s working enough to ride (I.e. handlebars, pedals, cranks all in one piece). I hope this helped! Sorry for the lengthy response. Thanks for watching!

They r actually carpets believe it or not!! The soil there by the beach is extremely sandy. So they form their shape for a berm or jump out of sand and dirt, pack it down really really well. Then cover it permanently with carpets. It’s kinda like Astor turf. I was skeptical the first time, but trust me they can hold some traction!!
