I make a variation on this date bark with this where I depit the dates, put crunchy peanut butter inside the date, and then dip the whole thing in chocolate and stick it in the fridge (not freezer) to harden. Tastes very similar to a Snickers!

Totally feel the struggle with pre-workout snacks 😀 before strength training I normally do just rice cakes, spread PB on top and adding banana (or just banana plus PB). Honestly I haven’t found anything else for me that is not time consuming, getting bad fast or needs excessive pre-planning. 🥴

I am also a class girlie through and through!!! I haven't got access to a good gym floor so I hate having to do my own running plan workouts. I have definitely cut down on classes to do more running, but spin class is by far my favorite class as I feel mentally refreshed and energised.

Low key I really only like them for everyday. I got the Nike metcons for training and they’re AMAZING for lifting stability. For running, on clouds don’t do it for me either 🙈
