I totally agree with you this is an absolutely great idea to stack at 1st the paints in a cup, then throwing the paint onto the canvas and finally doing a spun out. This technique allows to capture movements and is definitely an interesting further composition element Dominik👍🏻⭐️🙂

This is a nice piece. I don't know if the incident with the tape going off with paint was expected but if so you fixed it quite nicely (fluid art is always a lot of improvisation). I think if I had to do something similar I'd do the pouring first then tape then the crackling part...
