Honda is king. Just bought a XR150l. Road these around in Brazil and they just got to the states and boy are they a great value for $2900. Great beginner bike because it’s cheap, it’s small engine, requires very little complicated maintenance, it has like zero vibrations and it will last forever.

The first day I rode, the clutch cover (not hot btw) seemed way protruding out. A few days later, I didn't notice it anymore. I forgot about it 'till now.

It's got the same engine as the CBR500R, it's just a little heavier and is classified as a cruiser. I'll take the $120mo over $310mo for insurance cost.

Have you heard any negatives about the 2020+ model year rebel 500s? Im saving up for one but my brother keeps telling me rebels are junk and itll die right away

@@fbgmroadrunner456 I've had no issues with my Rebel and lots of others that I've seen would say they're incredibly reliable. Not sure where your brother is getting his information from but I'm curious why he thinks they're junk. He's the first person I've heard call the Rebels junk.

I can see an argument being made for buying old rebels used because so many people get them to learn on, but i figure i just drop the 5k for a brand new one that runs good and ill be fine. What kinda of mileage do you think i will get it up to before any big part replacements?

Im 6’5 and heard the Rebel 500 is kinda problematic for tall guys. Would you recommend other bikes with similar look? I absolutely adore the Rebel 500 look

@@jamjam375 At 6'5 I'd recommend a Honda SCL500, or maybe a Triumph Speed Twin, or Yamaha Bolt. You may want to look at the Honda Shadow Phantom aswell

Test drive the 500. It's very approachable for new riders. I feel like the 300 would be underpowered for highway riding.

I’m starting out on 1100, ride it on rain mode, then standard mode. When everything get a hang on it, then I will go for sports mode. Get a 1100 !

You are all right, except one important thing As I know, this bike has no ABS break system It's important for new riders and also the experts

This bike does have ABS actually. It's optional in the US but not in Canada where I have not seen a Honda Rebel 300/500/1100 sold without it.

I love it but my butt hurts the gears are so damn short and over 60 it shakes and vibrates too much. But yea it’s fun looks great and my insurance was $154 for the whole year 😮

As a fellow wide foot myself, change your shoes! Converse makes wide shoes now that or graduate to a sleek work boot! Your feet will thank you trust me, 1/2 size up on vans just didn’t do it like a wide toed shoe does

I went fir the Kawasaki Eliminator 450 over the Rebel 500, mainly because the Kawa dealer is like 5 miles from my home lol but also me its more of a "sport cruiser" and is really nimble. It was going ro be eithernone of the two.

2020 rebel 500 was my wife second bike and now it doesn't look nothing like it did from the factory got it brand new and now it looks totally custom everything from power mods to body mods and she loves it it's a hell of a good bite

Rc 600 can do it all and more versatile. And costs less than half the price of looper x. Headrush had similar looper board already. Iys nothing new.

For what I do, I think it really does. It gives so much flexibility when performing. The ONLY thing I wish it did have was a dedicated ALL ON/OFF switch like the RC300 has. For some songs when I transition from verse to chorus, I have to turn off the track, play chords while singing, while furiously mashing the 2-3 track switches to arm them before the chorus hits😂 but it's all part of the performance and I find it more fun and engaging. For some that might be an irritation. I just played live with it last night and it sounded incredible.

A honda rebel 450 would be nice to keep it under the 500cc insurance bump.

Technically the motor only produces 471cc so it would be classed under the insurance bump.

I have same RC300 and looking at the Looper X. On the RC300 you can set tempo of beat by tapping the foot pedal, is this possible to do same way on the Looper X or do you need to use the touch screen? Many thanks.

There's 4 inputs and 4 outputs on the back! One Input for the guitar, One for the Mic, output through 1/4inch cable to my fishman amp! You can actually set each track to be set to different outputs aswell so a mixer in a venue can coordinate sound like it's a band!
