What country has the richness of the Nile river expanse out of all 11 countries the Nile passes through? Which has any location remotely close to the importance of a WWII battle in El Alamein between Montgomery and Rommel? Which one shares the combination of the red coral and sea life and resorts as the Sina and the Red Sea as well as the pure, white sands and turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea? Which one has anything remotely close to the history of Alexandria? Which one has anything close to King Tutankhamen's gold sarcophagus and ancient Egyptian civilization? Which one has anything remotely close to the Biblical heritage and history of Egypt? Any of that strike you as propaganda?

Which country is considered among world's most diverse communities? Which country has marches from ancient times? Which country has two famous rivers? Which country is considered among world's most mountainous countries? Which country has 4 civilisations? Which country is considered as cradle of civilisation? Which country attracts more than 10 million religious tourists annually? Which country is home of world's first religion? The list can go on. I was talking from a political point of view. Why are the news on Sinai insurgency so shy? Why don't we get informed about the robberies and scams that happen to tourists from locals? Why haven't we heard of the three of world's most dangerous prisons in Egypt that violate human rights? ( likeLiman Tora, Wadi El Natrun and Abu Zabaal، not to mention the other 186? Why do we not get recommended visiting countries with rich history such as Iran? consider the fact that Iran is much safer than Egypt? Why do you think that the majority of Hollywood movies about civilisations in ME are only about the Egyptian civilisation?

SonOfBabylon Before I happily answer your politically-related questions, first let me address your first batch of questions. Yes, Iraq has all that you mentioned and of course Saudiya, but we talking about what the majority of the world tourists would put 1st on their list, Cairo, Giza and the pyramids or the Tigris & Euphrates in the current Iraqi condition? Talk about safe, how many suicide bombing in Baghdad a year? That's not an attractive touristic destination by any means, my friend. Take 10 random tourists from all over the world, Europe, Asia, North America and ask all ten if they'd prefer to visit Iraq and Saudi Arabia or Egypt and what do you suppose the result would be? Minimum 9 out of 10 (if not all 10) would say Egypt and the ones who would say Iraq/Saudiya would be someone who would happen to have heritage connections. This is no knock on either of the other Arab countries, this is just fact. The touristic elements in Egypt far outweigh any other country in the region and Makkah & Medina are not touristic destinations as you well know, and the hajj doesn't really constitute tourism either as it pertains to this discussion, and neither is any Shia pilgrimage to Iraq or Iran for that matter. We're talking about a hundreds of billion of $ industry that revolves around tourism only. As far as your political reasoning, why would the prisons and negative aspect of Egypt have anything to do with what someone from the UK for example would want to see the pyramids? Every country has its good and bad and Egypt is no exception and neither is Iraq or Saudiya or Dubai or Doha or even certain areas of the United States. The troubles in Sina are contained in the north east corner and check the list of safest countries to visit. And I'm sorry but Iraq has also been torn to pieces since 2003 an speaking of safety, there is no comparison. Just take a look at the tourism numbers in Egypt compared to world destinations and you would see why it ranks much higher than any other place in the region. Jerusalem might be a distant 2nd as far as a preferable destination. Point is, it's hardly overrated as you suggested in your original comment is all I'm trying to say.

Yes , Only A330-300

That was the first thing I noticed in that video, was a very smooth landing. It also seemed the glide slope was really extended and very shallow which probably helped a lot.

I agree with you very well The only good thing in egypt air "the pilots" I have fobia from air flight but i had never seen smooth landing or take off Like egyptian pilots also they avoid air bumps

Um.. another Q.... In my ticket it's written it's an A330 but I don't know which A330 it is?

That means it's A330-200 , Unfortunately there is no personal screens on this aircraft

I've travelled with Egyptair several times & I tried all types of aircrafts , when it is written A330 on ticket then it's A330-200 , if it is A330-300 then it will be written in the ticket A330-300
