Did you learn all these songs from Chet Breau’s Theory and Application Guitar Styles Show
@jamesfisher586428 күн бұрын
These are exercises that are inspired by Walter Pistons book on Counterpoint. I came up with the patterns but I say that very very loosely. They are very basic Piano style movements which are very predictable for Piano but a challenge on Guitar. I'm a hugely inspired by Chet Breau and of course his father Lenny Breau. Nobody will ever play on that level. I'm try to get a lesson from chet myself! He's amazing and a wonderful guy. It's an honor to be in touch with him lessons or no. ❤

@@jamesfisher5864 All the shows have been put in storage with proper conditions to keep the shows in excellent condition. But because of youtube copyright infringement it might be difficult to upload many of them. Although the lesson part could be without and copyright strikes. Unfortunately I’m the only individual who has these shows. There was a flood in the studio which ruined all the tv studio tapes.

@SillySongs4Everyone2001 Argh! Yes i remember you saying now. Chet has posted some new tunes which are so beautiful. I hope he does some lesson content but either way it's an honour to listen to him. His harmonics are sublime! (I think it's in the blood) hopefully we will come across something soon. I really like his rendition of Mr Sandman. So creative!!

great performance really unique. little bit of water on left hand finger tips eleminates 80 % of squeezes on bass strings (for roundabout 5 mins). too much will make sound the nylon string less brilliant, but just dipping fingers in water and then dry them sloppy,so they stay a bit wet.... really good for pieces with much slides and it helps after setting up new strings ( i think ana vidovic once said she uses cream for recording sessions... it does work actually im not so convinced, because you ll have too clean the fretboard more often then) . good work keep it up!

Aw your welcome. Yes Water of Wine. Egburto Gizmonte is a South American composer who is legendary. He writes for many different ensembles and settings. A very interesting Guitar player and pianist.
