Hi Dennis! Thank you so much for watching! I really enjoyed my stay at H10. The service and check in was really good and the hotel is truelly gorgeous. I also chose this hotel because of the swimmingpool as there aren't a lot of hotels in that area with one. But as you will be there in the winter you might also find a cheaper option. But when I go back I would love to stay there again. I also looked into NH collection Amistad hotel, which seems lovely as well and a bit cheaper. I hope you have a wonderful trip. It's such a beautiful city. I haven't been to Granada yet so I'm not sure about a place to stay there.

I related to the fear addiction you spoke about. How do you know what to say in order to bring up the beliefs? And how do you not give into what's coming up?

Such a good question. Well, I've personally done a lot of these videos, tapping along with others, repeating their words and feeling which resonated with me. And working on these beliefs myself. That's how I know how the fear shows up. What I'm saying is mostly from personal experience and knowing through research that others experience the same kind of fears. I also know that by resistening something, it persist. So it's better to be brutally honest about the underlying fear, than to walk away from it. By being honest you set it free. It's not that you try to not give in. You can give into it, it's already there. It the choice of wanting to start believing something different. That creates the change. The willingness makes the difference. Plus you're releasing the old by bringing it up. I hope that answers your question. ❤
