Is the demo website maintained by official kontent ai team? Is it safe to use in actual prod environment since we need to enter api keys and env id?

Hi there, thanks for tuning in! If you’re referring to the data-ops UI, then it’s an open source project that you can review, deploy, and host on your own. Check it out on GitHub: github.com/kontent-ai/data-ops Have further questions? Definitely feel free to contact our support team. Get in touch via chat at kontent.ai/.

“With headless CMS, it always allows you to focus on what’s important…” Out of all the content published on the web describing “headless CMS” nobody can define headless CMS. Look at you, for example.

In short - It's just any backend application, which is 100% built upon APIs. Headless means -> frontend less body. Which can be attached to any frontend/Head.

Yes double the budget and time to develop one. Separate code for the server. Separate code for mobile and desktop interface. Not everyone have the budget and time for that.

Can you add product variations to 11ty with snipcart? Like small size is 19.99, medium size is 24.99 or large size is 27.99.

One of snipcart's data-items on the button markup is adding options so the customer can pick (predefined) colors or sizes. It's easy.

First of all thanks for all the insights. I am wondering why you are not just using "gatsby serve" to test your implementation.

@Ondrabus 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Raph, good point. I think if you generate the site, use "gatsby serve" and then kill the server before trying out the offline version it should work too. I have .NET background, so I think I'm just used to IIS more :)

does It work with AniLink (Not with Link) ? thanks for your video ^^
@Ondrabus
@Ondrabus 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Abderrahmen, no, you need to use the Link component. That way the click is intercepted by Gatsby and the requested page is provided from the cache. If you use classic anchor tag, browsers will automatically attempt to get the page from the server.

Hi, check out our e-book which explains headless CMS into deep: kenticocloud.com/headless-cms-guide
@radekmalecek9737
@radekmalecek9737 6 жыл бұрын
Hi, I would highly recommend reading article kenticocloud.com/blog/what-is-headless-cms which describes the whole story behind headless CMS. Headless means that the architecture is decoupled-the presentation layer is separated from the back-end. Content is stored in the back-end as well and consumed through its application programming interface (API) and displayed on the presentation layer.
