The sell by date is entered for each PLU under the ‘Time Info’ tab. You must set the ‘Packed On’ to Print… the ‘Shelf Date’ to Print…and then the ‘Shelf Days’ at the bottom, to the number of days the item is good for. The scale will compute the date automatically and print it on the label for the shelf day (expiration date).

Hello Mohamed, you won't need to re-calibrate the scale when switching units. Here is the download link to the PDF manual. I had the printer working with a pc-30 detecto scale

Hello! We tested with a unit and found immediate weighing response time, instantaneous weight readouts from the platform to the indicator. There is about 1 second delay when taring weight off the scale. Does that answer the question?
