great recipe and nice soothing voice. I just got a ninja fryer today. I"ve got sweet potato in one basket and brussels sprouts in the other. Wild caught salmon on the cast iron skillet. I am so happy I got the air fryer!

Hi thank you for the recipe! I don't have Mace or Black Cardamom (they're both pricey in the stores I go to) but I do have all the other ingredients so I'll put together the Garam Masala anyway and just omit these two. Thank you!

Yes that should be fine. You could try to buy mace powder which might be cheaper. 😊

Doesn't matter, you can mix anything you like and leave out anything you don't like. Garam masala is just mixing of all kinds of spices and doesn't have fixed ingredients. As such, garam masala ingredients and taste always varies from company to company, house to house and even from one person to another person.

Ma’am your recipe looks tasty but one important thing you forgot to mention was at what temperature you set it for 25 minutes so if you can add that I am sure it will be much appreciated. Many Thanks
