I have been trying to remember the name of this game for years I just remember it was in the bowling alley in forest park next to killer instint and I remember playing this game and the only thing I remember is that character who was a magic star, chaos but it just took me years of googling to find this.

Hey, I recorded this using a physically modded 3DS that has Loopy's capture board installed. You can learn more about that at 3dscapture.com. His boards are only compatible with a software he's developed, so I screen capture directly from his software in OBS. Hope that helps!
