I ended up leaving Sprint. After I got in touch with the CEO's office and I had a chance to speak to someone that could do something, they let me out of my contract. After 10 years with Sprint I moved to AT&T and have not had any issues. I have to deal with a data cap, but my family has been doing ok with that.

Not trying to pay to sit on the Satellite in Outer Space. Plus you guys have less issues because you have less customers

FYI, when 3G was down my speedtest was reading about 0.03Mbps down, now that its back up I'm getting around 2Mbps where it should be. 4G down is anywhere from less than 1Mbps to 30Mbps if you are close to a tower.

Everyone is having network issues. I am in NJ, I have picked up Sprint 4G radio in 3 different cities, miles from each other. Sprint 3G was down in Central NJ for more than a week, just came back today. Best fix for this is to go to AT&T or Verizon, they have real data networks. LoL

##update#. Try that or *18. But i hardly doubt, it will solve the problem since, that update is for URL. Give it a shot though.
