Short but brilliant footage of community team spirit in Penzance. Thanks very much for uploading this.

Thanks for making this fireworks footage available; it's almost as good as being there and less likely to cause ringing in the ears which I've already got. I hope you get more views. Cheers.

Hi JC thanks for the HC. I've been told by someone in the know that a lot of footage of the Mazey Day Parades get posted on Facebook. I don't like Facebook. Judging from the 2022 and 2023 events I've watched on KZbin, as well as the Montol Festival, are good enough to be professionall filmed, no offence meant to tour excellent work here, and shown 'globally.' This might cost a lot of money though yes?

Thanks very much, this is the first footage I've seen of this year's Mazey Day Parade from last Saturday. I'm fairly new to this area and I live in a care home in Newlyn. If I hadn't heard about it on Radio Cornwall on Saturday morning I wouldn't have known about it. I'm now virtually housebound so I wouldn't been able to go into Penzance to watch it live. I've been able to catch up with footage from 2022 and 2023, I even sar footage of the Montol festival from last Decemberall very good. It really annoys me when incomers from abroad say 'England has got no culture.' If this isn't a sign of a healthy happy community here in Penzance I don't know what is.

Still blows my mind that eight members of the cast and crew were able to attend on the same day, including Pertwee himself.

A unique place. Visited in 2005 on, appropriately enough, May Day! Incredible weather, just as it is here. 6:07 And Jon Pertwee says 'Goodbye'... for the very last time. R.I.P. Jon.

I tink it was more a case of Mike Yates fancying Jo Grant and getting passed over for Clifford Jones .

Kind of depressing to think we are as far away from this reunion as it was from the original production.

Anybody know the name of the tune being played by the Golowan Band at 4.20? Spent my youth listening to it, now it's almost impossible to find!!

The outdoor corrie set is vandalised a little bit because people's broke the latch locks on the doors and they have wrote there names on the rovers return back door seeing this they should of started up the Granada tours once the place shut down

Okay, been pondering this for years now, I figure I'll ask on a video from my home town. What is this train fascination all about? I always see people photograph trains and film them and I don't even mean old fashioned steam trains, I mean like you have done here. I am not trying to be rude or inflammatory I am genuinely curious. What are you guys actually doing with all this...research? What's the goal, and why do it?
