Mostly likely a metal ring from his tambourine that he says is falling apart could also be a guitar pick but it's probably a piece from the tambourine

I feel the salty waves come in I feel them crash against my skin And I smile as I respire Because I know they'll never win There's a haze above my TV That changes everything I see And maybe if I continue watching I'll lose the traits that worry me Can we fast forward to go down on me? Stop there, and let me correct it I wanna live a life from a new perspective You come along because I love your face And I'll admire your expensive taste And who cares? Divine intervention I wanna be praised from a new perspective But leaving now would be a good idea So catch me up on getting out of here Can we fast forward to go down on me? Taking everything for granted But we still respect the time We move along with some new passion Knowing everything is fine (everything is fine) And I would wait and watch the hours Fall in a hundred separate lines But I regain repose And wonder how I ended up inside (up inside) Can we fast forward to go down on me? Stop there, and let me correct it I wanna live a life from a new perspective You come along because I love your face And I'll admire your expensive taste And who cares? Divine intervention I wanna be praised from a new perspective But leaving now would be a good idea So catch me up on getting out of here Catch me up on getting out of here More to the point, I need to show How much I can come and go Other plans fell through And put a heavy load on you, I know There's no more that need be said When I'm inching through your bed Take a look around instead and watch me go Ah, ah-ah, ah-ah-ah, ah-ah Stop there, and let me correct it I wanna live a life from a new perspective You come along because I love your face And I'll admire your expensive taste And who cares? Divine intervention I wanna be praised from a new perspective But leaving now would be a good idea So catch me up on getting out of here It's not fair, just let me perfect it Don't wanna live a life that is comprehensive 'Cause seeing clear would be a bad idea Now catch me up on getting out of here So catch me up on getting out of here Go, go, go down on me Can we fast forward to go down...

Yeah yeah, Brendon is a great singer but dude the talent that goes into not only playing an acoustic like that WHILE Belting those notes to near perfection is actually fucking crazy. A perfect example of loving one’s talent, yet disliking one’s person

hes not a bad person?? the allegations against him turned out to be false, and every wrong thing hes done was over 8 years ago. people change
@KendallHobgood
@KendallHobgood 3 ай бұрын
@@awdekk he covered up the assault/verbal abuse of his friend Zack Cloud Hall and took a little too long to fire touring member Kenny after the p*do allegations. The drop of the n-word just as recent as 2020 and the overall dynamic of him and Ryan. I used to love Brendon, I know P!ATD entire discography and I’ve deep dived into this and even gaslit myself to not believing it for the longest time.

@@KendallHobgoodhow do you know he covered up the zack hall situation? is there proof? cause if so show me, because i cant find it. anyways a few slip ups doesnt make someone an inherently bad person, brendon has done so many other good things to outweigh the bad. all im gonna say is he absolutely is not a racist like people make him out to be, nor a transphobe, nor a groomer, nor a homophobe. people make him out to be some demon when he very much so isnt. and they spread false info.
@awdekk
@awdekk 3 ай бұрын
@@KendallHobgood you can dislike him all you want, im just making sure you know the entirety of the situation and dont believe the diabolical takes some people have over him, e.g being homophobic yada yada. if you think saying the nword 8 years ago with 0 harmful intent makes someone a racist then so be it.
@KendallHobgood
@KendallHobgood 3 ай бұрын
@@awdekk it continued up until 2020 homeboy. I know the entirety of the situation, like I said I had a literal obsession from 2016-2020. I like him as an artist, but I think he made a lot of weird choices with the people he surrounded himself with. Don’t get me wrong, if I had the chance to meet him I’d take it because he was my childhood hero and idol.
