Interesting. Thank you. Having visited many great historical cities, I dare say they all suffer from the same affliction: a few traces of original architecture and culture, mostly garnished with capitalistic inexorability. Different brick roads, same dazed day-trippers.

Thanks for the suggestion; it’s definitely something I’ve thought about. I’m torn on whether it’s better to keep things as they are or add narration-it’s hard to know what viewers prefer. Are you thinking full video narration or just for key landmarks? I might try it out in a video or two down the line!

Well done! An excellent tour of the inner city, so many changes. Disturbing though how many retail outlets are not Glasgow based, consequently they can shut down without a thought, and do. But again a great journey through the ‘ centre of the universe ‘.

Thanks! With the camera in one hand it was a bit of a juggle! Yes, the sign is still there I just checked the photos. The small gate is held to the post by a couple of ropes acting as hinges.
