The quantity of production in m3 per shift or day could arrive (orientative) to 20/25 m3, depending to some parameters as the logs diameter, thickness and number of cuts, selection of cutting. @@baldinsrl7335 thank you, I have old lbl brenta machine which I use 130mm x 8500mm bandsaw blade with manual carriage, we saw only boards 25mm thickness and sawing around 7-8m3. It's maybe because I use spring setting instead of swaged or stellit tipped. With what do you cut? swaged or stellite tipped thoot?

@@Ristovski919 well, the machine is still in function by our customer, on next month the new 1300mm he bought will be ready and installed, so we can get this used 1100mm with carriage. He uses now both kind of blades. But the main difference of production is coming from the speed of carriage (electric grippers, hydraulic log turners, hydraulic feeding) and from the automations of loading and unloading he has. He cuts various different thickness up to 200mm, because he has other more machines for the other sub-cuttings (double spindle multirip saw, single spindle multirip saw, trimming machine, endcutting machine), so this is why he can do 3 times your production capacity per day.
