Yeah right, as if people at the time spoke Italian. Also, such a concentration of diverse species of animals isn't realistic at all. Also also, archaeological evidence, including the position of bodies found in the ruins, indicates that many people may have been caught in their homes during the night. Not in the afternoon. Not at all convinced by this romanticized reenactment. But from what I understand, this is only the beginning of the tools so I'll just keep on watching whatever is produced and hopefully something great will come out of it.

"something is going on in the forest", meanwhile no one is paying attention to LAVA and the entire top of the mountain going from total calm to full eruption, no explosions, no shockwave, no earthquakes, just full lava and massive ash spewing out the top and some shepard says "there is something going on in the forest". you are getting there though, pay attention to progression of story and realism of events. You have the mountain going from quiet to full lava and then back to just smoke again with no pyroclastic flows even though there was MAJOR lava coming out of the top, but moments later its just smoking? Vesuvius wouldn't have gone from quiet and serene to full eruption, it would have shook the ground and sent up ash clouds for weeks before a major eruption like that. there would have been a thin layer of ash on things already after days of buildup. keep it up!

This is extraordinary! The scenes in the city look just amazing. But. There is a great deal "not right" in the imagery, which I will chalk up to just early use of this technology. The "Bambi" forest scene. But given the proper prompts this could easily _replace_ film making. And in fact, I anticipate a day, not very long from now, probably within ten years' time, where _anybody_ could make their own tailored to desire motion picture and the AI will perfectly deliver it. Motion pictures, games, historical recreations and simulations. Probably in less than 100 years we will start _living_ in them simulations. I'm 64 and I plan to be there for all of it. I'm pretty positive genuine "aging reversal" technology will be fully available before 2035. The "technological singularity" itself will have already occurred before the year 2035. Check out Nick Bostrom's book, "Deep Utopia: Life and Meaning in a Solved World". Like Bob Roberts said in "My Science Project", "The future's gonna be a funky Bali Hai!"
