Despite negative reviews, Ezybook pleasantly surprised me. The barrier didn't lift upon arrival, but quoting my reference number to the assistant allowed us to exit smoothly. We had insurance for a flight delay, which covered the four-hour delay we experienced. Overall, the Ezybook experience was better than expected.

Hello Gatwick, do I need to wait by the Costa shop in the north terminal for my cousin to come out next time when I go to Gatwick? But the only problem is my cousin will go to south terminal after when he arrive at north terminal so I might miss him. I hope this is the waiting area that I can easily wait for him and catch him when he come out.

Thanks for this…I wish the signs in the airport were not so mosleading as I folllowed it and ended up on the left lane which there was no where to stop.

The 2 hour free parking allows you to collect passengers from the airport without having to pay the short term parking fee. I park, telephone the person I'm collecting to say which bus stop to get off at and avoid having to make the trip into the airport terminal.
