I bought a master later to divide my wt5s kit into two groups, I wanted a master with 3 remotes and another master with 1 remote, but the new master I bought didn't pair. The master I bought is identical except for a small sticker saying BR on the battery compartment.

Please, if I connect a single 3,5mm microphone and set it to mono output, can it work as an attenuator? Like turning the two knobs to different amplification to have two different sound levels in each output channels for cases of clipping.

There's a setting in a phone to turn your charging port into an external mic jack but not sure that setting exists on a tablet.

Hi have you tried connecting your headphones. No one seems to do a reviews if the headphones work with your IOS devices by connecting the headphones to the smart rig to hear if you get a good level of volume so it doesn’t peak.

I was brought to this review while looking to resolve an issue with my Saramonic interface, I couldn’t get the thing to be recognised under iPhone. If your getting the same issue I resolved this by going to settings > FaceID and passcode, go to lock Screen options and allow access to the accesories from the Lock Screen, enable it and somehow it works even though the phone is not locked the interface is now recogisned. Well now I have to know the English translation of whatever that song was. For the H4N, you can output the audio directly to your camera just like the SmartRig using the recorder's headphone output. Plus, if you still want to monitor your audio through the recorder, just use a splitter. Using the recorder will get you another audio track for safety, so that's a big advantage.

Hi. I just bought the saramonic audio mixer. I want to run 2 Rodelink wireless Lavs to the mixer then to my camera. My question, is it ok to have 2 phantom power devices together? If you plug the microphone audio out into the live feed it actually sounds better in the finished recordings and you'll have control over gain and you won't get that over compressed sound it will sound less isolated though but totally worth it for interviews

My one question is how do you know what to set the stereo volumes at?

Did anyone catch what he's running on the left stereo side? There's a mic in the right. Is that done kind of in ear monitor he's running directly into the left side?

If you use the Rode NTG3 condenser mic with the Saramonic SR-AX101 will you get that nice sound similar to when you tested the NTG3 with the SR-AX107? (So was the majority of the white noise coming from the recorder or the microphone?)

It's a pity that you had to remove the pre-amp from your camera, which made the audio on this video completely terrible and unwatchable... otherwise great!

EDITED COMMENT 2023.06.04 Hello, i used to film kids football with a canon 7d + Rode stereo mic (without the +20db option) and i was getting a lot of hsssss, the ugly hssssss everyone with a dslr camera knows about .... so i bought the Saramonic SmartRig Plus hoping to solve the hssssss problem .... it didn't work because the output volume of the mic is very low and saramonic was adding some +15db which wasn't enough to get a normal level ........ amplifying the sound later in some software again was adding the hsssss ..... so i was disappointed .... the issue remained nowadays with the help of saramonic +48v i connect two mxl 990 mics to the camera ..... and i get a perfect clean stereo sound with a normal level ..... even amplifying the sound later with some additional +10db or +15db is not adding the noise ...... thank you saramonic ..... good job this is not the advertising link, it's just for people to hear the result: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqLKZZ-anpimo9U
