For real. It starts slow and builds up, making it suspensful and attention grabbing. Like someone else said, gots that horror movie vibe, like an inhuman but intelligent stalker slowly revealing themselves throughout the movie and eventually getting into the final chase.

I understand this argument for the meandering parts of many Godspeed sections. They are rarely, at least to me, about full songs, this and Moya are among the few perfect full songs but GYBE to me is about fantastic movements and sadly has filler parts in between that are epic for tastes other than my own gladly
@Councilor_52 жыл бұрын
I like them because they set the tone for epic storytelling, but yeah they do take a long time to build up to a fortissimo. But I think the long build, is essential for making the explosive parts feel more epic.

Do we grasp the importance of creativity? In all it's malleable mediums. An individual or group passionate, creative process then transcends time and space to connect with the recipient. Becoming a part of their life. Our lives! Traveling some unseen conduit. Landing in our lap's like heart ache and hand grenade's. Riverside - After Lyrics: I can't take anymore I can't breathe I'm sick of this goddamn darkness, Sick of sadness and tears I throw it all up every single day Together with last night's dinner I have lost myself completely I have convinced myself I am someone else For God's sake, I need to be real I need touch I need people I have to turn my life around But I will still be myself, won't I?

you can hear some elements of dead calm in this.
@brianstrong75996 жыл бұрын
Graeme Revell started his career doing some pretty dark stuff in SPK. Zamia Lehmanni is the transition between hardcore industrial and movie music scores for him. This is more or less the same music as dead calm. I found this album while digging through the internet for music for dead calm.
@germpore2 жыл бұрын
@@brianstrong7599 Indeed, the Zamia Lehmanni score is mostly this track, remixed. Sometimes very close to the original, sometimes quite radically in the "Wired for Sound" mix used in the climactic scene and in the end credits. I've forgotten whether he used any other Zamia Lehmanni tracks in the score or not.
