This list was really bad btw. Pigeon forge is a place you really can’t live unless you’re stupid rich and don’t have to work. Memphis is super dangerous. Knoxville is also not so safe. Everywhere around Nashville is pretty crowded and expensive. I feel like you just looked up the top 10 most popular places and just shuffled the list.

Left Raleigh/Durham and moved to Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Was able to retire 10 years early.

All the outdoor scenes that are obviously from the Appalachian mountains in east TN placed in the sections on cities in middle and west TN is VERY misleading. Also, Franklin though very nice has by far the highest housing cost in the state, Pigeon Forge has the worst traffic during tourist season, and while there are safe neighborhoods in Memphis, there are some that are absolutely not safe. This is not a remotely accurate video.

Some of these cities are very expensive. Crime is present. Ashville has a very high homeless population and drug problems.

Nashville is a good place to live it is not as expensive as Memphis or Chattanooga when I live there Chattanooga had become overpopulated
