Lmaooo girl you are funny and engaging. I literally had to stop what I was doing to listen because I couldn’t have you in the background 😂 I’m literally the same way, my parents would constantly say why would you say that 😂😂 and in all books it’s me and my boyfriend and we’re black so I’m always like yeah I’m wearing a blonde wig in this episode. Your relationship story is sooo cute though! Not the love at first sight 😊😊 honestly my boyfriend says it was the same for him, he said he saw me and then proceeded to watch me the entire night until I got up to change my drink (we were at a mutual friends bday party) and then immediately stopped what he was doing and came over. Then we talked all night 😂😂

Part 2... OMG... Cyan doing a southern belle accent had me dying 🤣 I would have never guessed you were from the south 🤷🏻♂ Where in Texas is your family? I visited my BFF for years in the Austin area and then lived there for a couple years before returning to Vegas... And now he lives in Houston... I'm there every June for my summer break(I'm a teacher so summers off)... While I don't like the overall political climate in Texas, I have really enjoyed the time I've spent there... And the bigger cities do have a much different vibe than the more rural areas of the state... I loved this video... Always nice to hear favorite booktubers open up and answer questions 🥰

I will warn you though! The second book Block shot definitely has a cheating trope and I was pissed about it. So I know you’d hate it 🤣 like I almost couldn’t finish. The epilogue was beautiful though. And I haven’t started hook shot yet but it’s supposed to be similar to Long Shot.

I’m not a romance person but I’m trying to get into it. The first romance book I read was by Jesse Q Sutanto called Didn’t See That Coming and I actually liked it. If anyone has any recommendations on a romance book for starters pls share them.

I LOVED Not In Love and totally connected with Rue... I loved their dynamic and the tension due to the situation... 3rd straight 5 star AH book(Check & Mate and Bride) OMG! You describing small town folks had me DYING 🤣 "where are the crackheads elsie?" 😆 I'm currently reading Pumpkin Spice Cafe(bought it for 99cents too).... I'm 60% thru and I have similar feelings... Love the whole small town vibe... Love Logan's friend group... Lowkey like Jeanie's story of coming to small town to take over Aunt's coffee shop... But the romance itself is just meh... It is a very easy read and I'm probably liking a little more than you... Right now it's headed for about a 3.5 or 3.75 unless something amazing happens Great video! Would love to see a VLOG of your small town!

I've had TRYST SIX VENOM on my Kindle since it came out, but have yet to read... I lowkey enjoyed Credence(parts of it) and gave it 3 stars, but definitely not a favorite like BIRTHDAY GIRL(5 stars)... The ending was pretty emotional 😭 Also read Punk 57(3.5 stars) which felt a little too YA... I also read Corrupt, the 1st book in Devil's Night and gave 3.75 stars... It was a good read and I might someday continue the series... The one thing PD does better than most, is write a good spicy scene

I’ve been seeing so many bad or neutral reviews for haunted heir and I was so excited for it. But I agree, fantasy books don’t need to be that long and still be in a series.

Yes I feel like the general consensus is that it was a bit disappointing. And seriously the length of Fantasies has scared me into not wanting to read some of them. Especially after I read When the Moon Hatcher and realized it was so much of nothing 😅

The issue you're getting with Love On The Brain is you're completely forgetting the first chapter where it is very established that Bee has like zero self esteem when it comes to her thinking people like her. So she assumes if she pushes away first and convinces herself that people hate her like Levi she can't be hurt. That's like a big theme in the book even before you get the slap in the face explanation at the end. But I mean you also didn't know if Levi was even an engineer by the time you got to chapter 13 so I don't think you can really even understand underlying themes.

@@BlissfulAriana you’re right. This video is from almost a year ago when I was just getting into reading and I wasn’t much of an intuitive reader nor did I pay attention to small details. Even now I tend to still do this. And I understood the underlying theme of her being self conscious but I do think that it doesn’t need to be repeated throughout a book multiple times. Which is just my opinion and even some of the people in the comments opinions too. In the past year though I have read a lot more and I hope I’ve grown so who knows maybe now I would like the book better if I were to reread it.

It's not "controversial" to NOT LIKE The Atlas Six... Lots of people found that book to be a bit disappointing... I loved the characters and their magic, but they didn't do enough with their powers... I was bored and wanted more... Thought maybe the 2nd book would bring us some more action, but no... More Olivie Blake just writing to see how intellectual she can sound 😏 I DNF'd Me and Olivie definitely aren't compatible 🙅🏻♂ You definitely aren't "dumb".... She's just pretentious LOL

We (men) don’t think of sex as much as there world seems to want women to think we do. Women think about sex probably just as often. Yes there are always exceptions to the rule. Regardless of statement, it is never a good or healthy idea to paint a whole group of people with the same brush as it creates an ugly monotonous picture. 😊
