Don't sweat it-I've got you covered with *exactly* what you need to know to navigate this challenge and keep your sale moving forward! 🙌 📉 **What’s a Low Appraisal?** It’s when your home’s appraised value comes in *lower* than the sale price, which can throw a wrench in the deal. 😬 💸 **Impact on Financing:** Buyers might struggle to get full financing since lenders rely on the appraisal to determine loan amounts. 💡 **What Causes Low Appraisals?** Fluctuating markets, inaccurate comps, or even property maintenance issues can all play a role. 👀 ✨ **What You Can Do About It:** 1. **Request a Reappraisal** 🔄 - Believe your home's worth more? 🏡 Searching for the perfect floor plan for your dream home? Look no further! Here are some tips to help you choose the ideal layout for your lifestyle and needs: 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 **Consider Your Family**: Start by considering the needs and preferences of your family. Do you need extra bedrooms for children or guests? Would an open-concept layout better suit your lifestyle? 📐 **Evaluate Space**: Assess the available space and how you envision utilizing it. Consider factors like room sizes, flow between spaces, and any specific requirements you have for certain areas of the home. 🍳 **Kitchen Layout**: The kitchen is often the heart of the home. Think about how you use this space and whether you prefer an open kitchen that flows into the living area or a more enclosed layout for privacy. 🛌 **Bedroom Placement**: Pay attention to the placement of bedrooms, especially if you have children. Consider whether you prefer bedrooms grouped together or separated for added privacy. 🚪 **Doors and Entrances**: Take note of the location and number of entrances, as well as the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. This can impact privacy, convenience, and the overall feel of the home. 🛋️ **Living Spaces**: Visualize how you will use the living areas and whether you prefer a formal living room, a cozy family room, or a combination of both. Consider how these spaces connect to the rest of the home. 🛁 **Bathroom Layout**: Evaluate the number and placement of bathrooms, as well as their size and configuration. Think about whether you need ensuite bathrooms, powder rooms, or additional storage space. 🌳 **Outdoor Living**: Don't forget about outdoor living spaces! Consider features like patios, decks, and gardens, and how they complement the indoor layout of your home. 🧰 **Flexibility and Future Needs**: Choose a floor plan that offers flexibility to adapt to your changing needs over time. Look for features like bonus rooms, finished basements, or flexible living spaces. 💬 **Seek Professional Advice**: Consult with a real estate agent or an architect who can provide expert advice and guidance based on your specific preferences and requirements. With these tips in mind, you'll be well-equipped to choose the perfect floor plan for your dream home. Ready to turn your vision into reality? Let's find the ideal floor plan to suit your lifestyle and needs!

Its literally a video of a storm in the background an above ground pool in the foreground, with some idiot laughing and comments that don’t makes sense!! Now if there were some serious straps holding it down or a person out there holding it down…then maybe just maybe the video, comments and laughing…might make sense, but there’s not!! ITS THE DUMBEST VIDEO I’VE SEEN AND EXPLAINS WHY YOU HAVE SO FEW SUBS!!

I feel so tired of saying this. When you say squatters should have no rights it means that anything that you do them wouldn’t be illegal. Obviously we need sensible legislation that protects against break-ins; however, simply saying if I find a family squatting doesn’t mean I can just kill them all. Most states are only protecting people who have managed to stay on property for greater than 30 days and then for limited time only. After that court rules against them, police will literally kick the family out onto the street for the homeowner.

If you're squatting somebody's property, you deserve to be arrested. I feel sorry for you that you're homeless, but you have no right to go into somebody else's home and just live there. And this is coming from a woman who used to be homeless.
