It's time for me to accept myself as I am now...with all my faults and health issues. Not who I was or who I want to be, but who I am now. I am still here and I am grateful. Thank you, Annie!

My cats flipped out when i started this. They have torn out the room like they saw a ghost. So weird.
@annierosenberg5 күн бұрын
A cat's ears are very sensitive to sound because of their unique ear structure, which is designed to funnel sound waves deep into the ear canal, enhancing their hearing. This allows them to pick up a wide range of frequencies. Perhaps listen with headphones from here forward?

Lately, my anxiety hits in the morning with overthinking, it messes my stomach too, no appetite, nausea, heaviness in my belly, sometimes dizziness, what makes even more overthinking and anxiety... I found this, listened while doing some deep breathing. My anxiety almost completely gone, also my stomach felt relieved, dizziness gone maybe after 10 or 20 min. 👀 Thank you! ❤💫

You’re so welcome. High cortisol levels in the morning can cause a wide variety of symptoms like this. So glad you’ve found something to help calm your nervous system. Thank you so much for this message.

If it "hits" in the morning, it may be cortisol awakening. Feels worse. For me it helped a lot to USE the cortisol by sports. Not when I feel ill, but when I feel good enough, I try to ride my bicycle several times a week. Whatever kind of sport you feel comfortable with. Beeing in nature, even if it is just a park, is good against anxiety and stress, too. Best wishes for your health.

@@i.336 Yes I walk a lot. Love to recharge in nature. But now its dark, wet, cold windy, really gross winter. But Still its better than sitting in my office room when I feel anxious. Still works, but not that effectively as at summer. I was visiting gym, felt great after some pump. Don't know why I stopped to do so a month ago. Going to go back to it and fix my stuff again.🤕

Healing starts in the mind qbut the gut is the symptom…solution ..balance your emotions, trauma, stress and energy and eat foods -alkaline/ herbs to aide the process …but first ask yourself… where is this gut issue coming from?

thank you! I noticed after the meditation I felt more present with some pressure behind my eyes and more or less tightness in my chest that did not go away before the meditation. I’m noticing that I struggle to accept any form of good abundance into my life so honestly, I cried most of the way through the meditation video, but was able to pull myself back to a positive emotional headspace. Does anybody have any recommendations as to how to continue the self healing journey as I have a really hard time accepting any form of positive feedback about myself

Hello Annie! No intent to offend, I wanted to point out that the background image you have used is in fact of a First Quarter moon (Northern hemisphere). The D-shape would be right for the Last Quarter if the pic came from the Southern hemisphere, but you can see the head of the "rabbit in the moon" pointing right so this is a picture taken in the Northern one, of a First Quarter moon. I don't know if youtube lets people edit visuals after a video is uploaded, but in case it's possible, I thought you might be wanting to which is why I share. Happy November Last Quarter!
@annierosenbergАй бұрын
Thanks for pointing this out. The last quarter moon stock photo availability was nil so I improvised. I love your attention to detail. I will pin this comment.

Currently going through medication withdrawals. I feel so horrible and anxious for anyone wondering it’s Buspar prescribed for my anxiety. I’ve been shaking and pacing around and this is the only video that has allowed me to sit and calm down. Please send prayers and positive thoughts med withdrawals are really hard on me. I hope everyone is calming down as well:) ❤️

Has anyone listening experienced extreme tiredness?
@annierosenberg3 ай бұрын
Hi, Irene. Vagus nerve stimulation is great for tiredness. I am sorry you are feeling less energetic. The overall perk of doing any form of vagal work is to seek balance within the body. So yes, this can be significantly helpful for you. I hope this helps and I am linking a Vagal Playlist below. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGjIoaiVmJeXm5o
