Beautiful playing beautiful guitar - two suggestions that might interest you or might be irrelevant. I would maybe increase the gauge on your high e string and also try to play with the heights on that side of the pick ups to give a more balanced sound the playing is lovely. nothing like old telecaster necks. 🎉

52's are unique, often get overlooked by the 'nocasters & 51's All are slightly different being Leo's handy work for the most part. the wood, finish, neck size & sound are slightly different it appears.

Was looking to do the same thing.. did you just change the 220k grid leak on the 6v6 to a 250k audio pot? And maybe a bright cap may help with the top end at lower master volumes
