Is there a way to remove hide, guts and blood outside and transfer the carcus once rinsed inside the unit for further processing? Just trying to keep waste and bacteria under control. How do you disinfect unit after meat is cut, processed and put in refrigeration or freezer for long term (6 months) storage?

@@trivanspecialtyvehicles Hi, thanks. I emailed back and forth with Carson Vandriel, and he gave me a good indication of the price for what I'm looking for. I'm not sure if I'm ready to bite off that chunk. It was more expensive than I imagined, so I'm looking at more cost-effective Morgan and Metro boxes, as those can be had for around $21K, as opposed to $90K. I know it's not the same build quality. If I could get you to entertain a 12" box in the $30K range, that's bare bones, then at least we have a starting point. Thanks for your consideration.

Shows you the difference of how CDLs operate, you need one to drive this thing that is designed to work inside small spaces, but join the military the will give you about a three minute run around of the truck and the mine roller infornt of it then just send you on your way for a combat patrol
