These guys are the BEST! They have dragged my UPS truck out of the Snow twice in one day, the worst accident I was have had in my life these guys were their, so kind and uncomforting and such as stressful moment of my career and life. They are the BEST.

There is a manual release procedure and as a tow truck operator you should know how to do that properly as you are causing damage to the drivetrain of a customers property

You obviously got it in neutral or the tires wouldnt be freely spinning as it goes down....

@kyletaylor4312 it's in park notice how that one wheel is spinning backwards. The car has no power which means it won't go into neutral. Both bmw and Mercedes if you get one wheel to spin it will roll. Mercedes even made a device for towing called the free wheeler.

Gallon of Rust-oleum hunter green and a harbor fright spray gun. Full pressure no reducers. And yeah it got new tires the next day
