Wearing uniform is an option but not mandatory. Most choose to reflect those in our congregation. The main thing is we have people passionate about Jesus, worshipping him and sharing his love.

I guess it depends on what you see the purpose of the uniform is? Is it still relevant in 2024. I’m glad you keep watching our services though!

@@jeffarkell668 if it’s an army then yes uniform is relevant, plus it was a form of id and is still relevant today , esp in 2004 when the world is in the state it is. William booth would say it is if he was here, most certainly.

Well I don’t recognise that this is Salvation Army. No army songs, band not in uniform William booth will be turning in his grave. This is more like a Pentecostal church.

And your point is??? I don’t think Booth would be turning over in his grave (unless it is with JOY) about a corps seeing people come to the Lord and people growing deeper in their faith. What makes something Army??? Booth was innovative and did whatever needed to be done to grow the kingdom! Would he really be stuck in the 1950’s?
