It is. It’ll wear you out. The average battle is about 3-4 mins on a Daiwa BG 3000 w/20 braid and 20 fluro. I have to cut out about 60-70% of the fight. They’re strong as can be. Just like Bonito. Get out there. You’ll know when you see them.

Almost everyone ahead of us had a fish 3lb_4lb. Literally one good vs what we stayed in all day. Everyone seemed to struggle. We just got extremely lucky.

Imma be honest. I don’t think they’re there now. Water was 74 2 weeks ago. It was 84 yesterday afternoon from what I was told. If I had to guess they moved back close to the inlet. In deeper water.
