Hello. I am unable to join the Seibu Prince Club while reserving a room. Your video and your web page request a membership number and a "7 digit security code" on a card. But I have no card with a 7 digit code. Are people NOT able to sign up online without having a card from you in advance? Security codes on my several credit cards are not 7 digits. The sign up process on your english language site has a button to "Book Now', which goes to room reservation not to log in. Any feed back and hel would be appreciated.
