We got our tires from Barnes Powersports Tires: OSET Mini Gripper 12in x 2.5in, SKU : TYR012638 (aprox $50 each) USA: osetbikes.com/us us-shop.osetbikes.com/tyr012638 CANADA: www.barnespowe... Also FYI Cabelas sells Lithium batteries that work great for these bikes as well.

Child locks only immobilize the inside handle.

It turned out that the hing on the left has a spring mechanism that is sticky. If we lift just a bit on the left side of the door, it pops open.
