My grandmother, rest her precious soul, had a croquet set. My grandpa didn't give two fucks about croquet. My sister and I would play with her all the time in the summer. Learned to love the game for her sake and now I own a croquet set. I put it up when we have people over and sure as fuck, we ALWAYS play.
