I’ll bring an air fryer! Fabulous, turnkey home. Nice enclosed back yard for dog. Would love to know how far from town it is-can you walk to grocery, shops? What about quality of health care? Water filter in home so you can drink it?how far is closest international airport?

I think it’s a beautiful home. I’m actually from Guadalajara and I feel like all this new American immigrants in Canadian go to Mexico and the value of the market and now Rio Mexican people can buy homes there anymore because of what’s happening. I don’t think it’s OK Americans will never be able to own a house in Mexico. You know there’s a lot in Mexico. They can take your house away Even if you become a citizen it doesn’t count. You will never be able to own a home guarantee you can buy it, but it will never be yours. They have a law even if you pass 100 years they can come and get it. It’s crazy but that’s how it works in Mexico. You gotta be a Mexican citizen like real Mexican all the situation that selling your houses, they just taking your money and whenever be yoursand evaluate and all this houses in Mexico and Mexican people cannot afford to live there anymore

You are correct about that. The previous owner worked for the US Gov't, actually as a special agent(!) and was never home. She was a single, older woman and simply had these installed due to the fact. The new owners are already removing them. They are not necessary anymore! Thanks for asking that great question. Linda

Jalisco is not the 2nd largest state in Mexico maybe in population but I doubt it, the Estado de Mexico outside Mexico DF has a massive population compare to its size. The 2nd largest state in total area is Sonora & the 1st is Chihuahua.

Most home sales have ALWAYS been in USD if the owner is American. Other homes are in pesos if the owner is Mexican. Actually, as a seller you can choose which currency you wish to sell you home.
