In questo video ci sono tre cose pregevoli: la musica,il coltello e il tagliere.tutto il resto è discutibile... il ripieno è praticamente una frittata di ingredienti a caso,le patate sono una noiosa ripetizione,e alla fine si tratta di un normalissimo arrosto di maiale lardellato cotto in forno.

Ou!!! Quelle longueur , attention les personnes vont passer a autres choses , oui trop long trop, de produit , qui ne s’associent pas forcément . Dommage mais trop c’est trop plus la poitrine fumée ???? Plus , la pate . Non vraiment trop :pas ce plat pour les enfants .Merci , Ameliorer svp merci

Έχω κάνει το φαγητό αυτό πολλές φορές. Χωρίς γάλα και καρότο, μόνο κρεμμύδι και μανιτάρια,σκόρδο ,θυμαρικλπ η ίδια συσκευασία στο κρέας .γίνεται πολύ ωραίο. Βέβαια χωρίς τόσο Μπέικον.

Where do I start? First of all this is from somebody outside of the US from another country and I love watching recipes by other countries but they don't get things right sometimes. I don't believe that this piece of meat is a pork tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is much smaller and it's tender. Pork loin roast can be tough if you don't cook it right and I believe this is a pork loin roast. I really wish these cooks would understand the differences and get their data or their recipe correct. A lot of them screw up the measurements as well.

You’re absolutely right, this is a pork loin. And, you’re right that the cooking methods are different. They, correctly, roasted the loin, which is acceptable due to the higher fat content of the loin, though I was a bit wary of the added fat from the cheese. What is NOT correct, however is your presumption that only YOU know how something should be done. And “screw up the measurements as well,” You do realize that there are differences of measurement in different countries, I would hope (you know, since you confess to “love watching recipes by other countries”); if not, you should educate yourself. Otherwise, it might be best to keep your opinion on things you don’t understand to yourself, rather than exposing your parochial worldviews to the globe. In other words, when you asked “where do I start?” … you should have kept your mouth shut.

That is a boneless pork loin. It's not a pork tenderloin. There's a BIG difference!
