Cool tour and use of space. I instantly recognised the Bob Clarke art. Most of my original stuff is Bob Clarke, art when he was selling some stuff in about 2010.

My dear friend Arnold Roth. God Bless him. If you never met him, he is one of the very funniest men I've ever had the extreme good fortune to know. He is also the best humorous illustrator of his generation, bar none. - Bud Grace

Arnold Roth’s illuminating wisdom and self-effacing humor still shine brightly at 90. His joyous take on life and all it offers, and his marvelous anecdotes are so very refreshing and welcome in this day and age. It’s a shame his comments only ran for 8 minutes - he could talk for 8 hours, and it’d be marvelously entertaining and instructive throughout. Happy Birthday, Arnie - looking forward to your thank-you speech when you reach triple digits! Thanks very much for recording and posting this, Ed!

what did you use to screen capture on the cintiq?
@EdSteckleyIllustrator8 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the delay on this- Got shut out of my KZbin channel for some reason! The software for recording the screen is called EZ-Vid. It's only OK- Not very high quality, but.... it does work.
@havenautart8 жыл бұрын
I think I've tried it but I'll try again. I've had apps that record great but its always some hidden thing. This windows app worked the best but was discontinued and the version available is like a demo that only does 10 mins at a time which sucks for a tutorial. Oh and I had apps that record but flips back to right hand mode for playback so the curser is everywhere except where I have the pen. smh thanks though I'll check it out.

hello. is it really worth a cintiq companion with build in processor and pc parts inside, or a very very high end pc + cintiq 13hd to mirror the monitor's image?
@EdSteckleyIllustrator8 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the delay on this- I had some weird issues with my KZbin account. Well, it's a bit late, but the good thing about the Companion is, you don't need a second machine. That's the best thing about it, it's all in one. A high end PC with the 13HD is also great, I use both configurations, depending on where I am. But, the Companion allows you to do both. Use by itself, OR, tether to a Mac or PC of your choice. Check out the Wacom site tomorrow (10/5) for an announcement you might find interesting. Cheers!
