I don't think your team overcommitted it was more that you literally walked out of a team fight at full health at around 30:05. I think you were more than fed enough to help the team end there especially if you'd held on to your ult since it disables towers for 3 seconds. Would have been enough opportunity to make a play for sure with the rest of your team there. so pushing the top tower was just completely unnecessary lol. I'm still learning too though so I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes in team fights! (probably were I make the most mistakes right now honestly)

ability haste on volibear is KING because you can refresh your W more often, you bough essentially none. itemization could use some work there are many builds you can use on volibear and that is why he is so versatile!

So mechanics wise when it comes to champs it'll come with experience. I like your attitude of it's not over. Especially in low elo many players don't know how to push lead or keep it. With catch-up(bounty) mechanic games swing very quickly. Things I would suggest especially if you plan on playing jg as swing role, map awareness. It applies in any role but feel it especially true for mid,jg, and supp. Like while farming and skills on CD look around the map. Your champ is still gonna auto without you. Also be aware of blind spots. I suggest going to practice tool and play around with wards, dummies, and you champ position. Like if there ward in this area will they see me in this corner. This'll help a lot with ganks. There's other things you can work on but those are the main I would suggest first. Map awareness and understanding position when it comes to fog of war

In terms of macro and jg, its just a matter of constantly updating your binary. Do we take dragon? You cant decide from base. You say 'yes maybe', then you constantly reevaluate as the situation unfurles. Youre going for a gank, then you see amumu coming from turret. Reevaluate immediately. Tuning this process of decision finely and correctly will be at least as important as mechanics. And you are right to stay positive. Most players if a play goes bad will just evaluate retrospectively instead of focusing ahead. That is hard for all of us 😅

I really like putting surge of power on 3, sometimes on 1. Its so great in combination with fleetfoot, you can deal huge amount of damage and to have 1v1 sustain you put bullet and spirit lifesteal. They won't kill you in mid game anymore and they wont be able to just run away. Duration extender is overrated in my opinion, even on ult. for Ult build i found a combination of diviners kevlar, enchanters barrier, cooldown reduction, raw spirit power and mystic slow and escalating exposure very very strong. Altough all of them are late game ofc.

If you play more Seven, I would recommend using either CARBATTERY or type "meta spirit build" (this one gets updated all the time and it has all the core spirit items you NEED for seven to carry) as builds. Early laning you want to save your 1 ability for threat/tier 1 camps as MOST of the time it's a really weak early trading tool because you just walk/dash out of it and it does maybe 40 damage. It will also take out an entire tier 1 camp as soon as they spawn if placed correctly which is very strong. Once you have your 2 you can put it on someone, as the stun is landing throw your ball at them with their most likely retreat behind it so it follows them if they go that way, hit a heavy melee and slam them with bullets with 3 active to maximize your damage. You also need to make a decision on if you have kill potential and keep going or to take a good trade and backoff. Seven is relatively weak in the very early game and won't set the pace of the lane so you want to farm as best you can and you can start winning trades after a few items and ability unlocks, if allowed to farm through the game he will dish out TONS of damage lategame, especially in lower elos where people dont know what to do against it
