Might be a silly question, but is a shorter guitar ok to learn on, for muscle memory? Seems like since the frets are narrower, it would kind of throw you off.

Very good Job in Open G ! I saw Blackberry Smoke in Paris on March 24, Charlie Starr changes Guitar at every song...so it's difficult to recognize his tuning, and you did it !

BBS always give away there setlists (that they use during the show, everybody, including the guitar roadies/tech, get's one) at the end of the show. Those lists are easy to find online and on each list it says what tuning the guitar is in (that's for the roadies) and usually which guitars he uses.
