I’m looking to get my truck lifted with some mud terrain tires and wanted to know if It’s best if I get the axles extended. Any advice?

@@jaythemachine3845 how big on the lift. You should only need to extend the cv if you’re doing some sort of long travel that replaces the control arms

@@johnseifert9189 we don’t have the specific part number but they shouldn’t be hard to find if you know the year and model of your transmission and in total there were 4 solenoids

@@adventurefriendsgo can you type the name of the part that you replaced 1st solenoid as its difficult to understand in the video. The tranny place wants 1,700 to rebuild. I think its only the solenoid. He has a 2001 chevy s10 pickup and is getting a p1860 code

9:29 waiting for that CV to snap 👀. This has been on my back burner list for a while! Any deets on which tcase(NP261?), any driveshaft or flange changes?

@@OverlandAdventureTimes yes it’s an NP261 but when we put everything together the front drive shaft is just slightly shorter so we may at a later date grab a drive shaft from a Silverado/Sierra and plug it in

how do you think that ABS would hold up on the hottest day of the year on the exterior of a vehicle? Interesting idea, you might be able to get some wood trim to help clean it up.
