Owner of the car I visited RB Car Decor in Karol Bagh to get modifications done on my XUV 3xO, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. 1. Poor Quality Accessories: Despite promising original accessories, they used duplicates. The ORVM they fitted was of low quality and broke soon after installation. 2. Unprofessional Workmanship: They didn’t even bother to clean the dust and small stones from the floor before installing the flooring, leaving everything trapped underneath. 3. Sloppy Fog Lamp Installation: The fog lamp fitting was not done professionally. It looks uneven and poorly aligned. 4. Excessive Wiring and Hidden Charges: They promised coupler-to-coupler wiring but ended up doing a lot of unnecessary wiring. On top of an already high bill, they charged extra for wiring and services, which was not communicated upfront. 5. Unprofessional Staff: The employees handle your car with complete disregard, as if it’s not new or valuable. If you want scratches, dents, and cuts on your car, this is the place to go. They seem completely indifferent to customer satisfaction or care for the vehicles they work on. In short, I wouldn’t recommend RB Car Decor to anyone. They lack transparency, charge excessively, and don’t deliver the promised quality. If you value your car and want reliable, professional service, look elsewhere.
